Bailey House’s Technical Assistance and Program Evaluation (TAPE) department offers support to HIV/AIDS service providers, community organizations and people with AIDS with the goal of improving the availability and effectiveness of HIV/AIDS services. Through TAPE, we address the widespread need for permanent, affordable AIDS housing and share our expertise in adapting service models to meet the needs of people with AIDS.
The TAPE programs conduct a variety of activities in New York City and across the country including training workshops and one-on-one services with AIDS organizations. The TAPE department also publishes a variety of helpful publications available online.
